To organize our data we used the categories of voters developed in the Yale/George Mason study The Six Americas. The categories are: Alarmed, Concerned, Cautious, Disengaged, Doubtful and Dismissive.

Alarmed Concerned Cautious Disengaged Doubtful Dismissive
CD 2 26.3% 26.3% 20.3% 12.8% 3.8% 10.5% 100.0%
CD 3 27.1% 31.6% 16.3% 11.0% 3.9% 10.2% 100.0%
All 26.9% 30.5% 17.1% 11.4% 3.9% 10.3% 100.0%

The critical takeaway is that nearly 60% of the voters we talked to were concerned or alarmed about climate change.

Our future depends on it.
