  • Sign the Pledge to require candidates to be actively involved in strategizing climate solutions.

  • Volunteer to bring front-porch conversations on the climate crisis to Minnesota voters through our canvassing effort.

  • Email 5 of your friends and tell them to go to www.vote-climate.org

  • Write letters to the editors of your local newspapers. Send a copy to your candidates for U.S. Congressional offices. Minnesota non-profit Fresh Energy has some great tips.

  • Make changes in your personal life by reducing your carbon footprint.

  • Concerned about Minnesota’s tar sands pipeline, the so-called Line 3?  Keep in touch with MN350‘s campaign.

  • Think a tax on carbon is the way to go in reducing our emissions?  Attend a meeting of the Citizens Climate Lobby.

  • If you are a young person with ideas for bringing about change, Climate Generation: A Will Steger Legacy (formerly the Will Steger Foundation) has mentorship programs that may be for you.
